privacy and confidentiality
New media does bring great advantages and creativity, but along with theses advantages comes the concern with privacy and confidentiality. when it comes to social networking sites i think privacy pretty much does not exist because everything is posted on the internet for people to see. some sites even give out your location unless you remember to turn that feature off which many younger persons using social networks may not think to do so this can also be dangerous. when using social sites I believe you just need to be careful what you share on because you don't know who can access it and the major thing is to never share your location this is the biggest issue.

I really like the point you brought up in this blog. We definitely don't have any privacy when it comes to Social Networking. Others can see everything you post. They can also steal your picture and make a meme. They can also expose you of your private post by taking a screenshot and posting it to the social media
